I believe Breezing forms is a fork of another (older) popular forms component for Joomla! called Facile Forms. Breezy and Easy were some of my initial reasons for tying out this form component.  But in the long run it is the powerful custom form building controls and scripting options that make this form component stand out from the competition.  Build complex multi-page forms from within Joomla! using Breezing forms.
