I am trying to install Joomla 1.5.9 on LAMP environment on 1and1 webhosting account. I am unable to find the installation configuration page, Help. I try installing 3 times. First I ftp the tar.gz version to the directory and then unzip with the "tar -zxvf" file in the the ssh with putty. When go to look for the installation page it is not found. Any suggestion of what I am missing?
