What is the process for replacing the -Joomla- title / wording at the top of the page / screen? Not sure if this is referred to as a Header, top Border, etc. Please provide information or direct me to a source for this requested information. Thanks

I received a reply from a developer. The top bar is referred to as a 'Logo'. One can replace it with a Logo of choice via Extensions > Template Manager.
